  1. Where do I meet the Bus?

    In most cases, we will meet you for pick up in the back parking lot of Taps on Main, 1715 Main Street Kansas City, MO, 64108. We will contact you before your trip if this changes.

  2. Where do I park?

    Parking will be available at the address of the pick-up, in some cases, this may include on-street parking.

  3. How many locations will I visit?

    On most trips, you will visit three local craft breweries.

  4. How long does the trip last?

    Trip will last approximately four hours.

  5. How many people can you accommodate?

    Our shuttle bus seats up to 24 guests.

  6. Are there tasting fees?

    All persons are on their own accord for paying for drinks and flights. No tastings are included in the tour due to COVID-19 concerns. The breweries will have several selections on tap to purchase additional drinks or in some cases a refillable growler to take home. We encourage you to support our local breweries!

  7. Do I have to be 21 to buy a ticket?

    Yes, you have to be 21 to buy a ticket. You will be asked to show ID before you board the bus. All passengers must be 21 years of age or older.

  8. I have a group looking to book the entire bus, how do I go about doing that?

    You may contact us via phone or email.

  9. Can I bring my own alcohol on the bus?

    Beer and Wine can be brought on bus but no spirits unless it’s bought at a distillery while on tour. Many breweries will offer growlers for purchase, or you may bring your own empty growler to fill and take home. We will have a cooler available on the bus.

  10. Should I tip my driver?

    We hope you enjoy your ride, and tips for your guide are welcome! Suggested gratuity for drivers is 10-15%, but any amount is greatly appreciated.

  11. What is your cancellation policy?

    If you need to cancel your reservation, we encourage you to contact us at least 5 days in advance to select another date. In the event alternate dates aren’t an option, we will provide a refund minus a 10% processing fee if you contact us at least 5 days in advance.

  12. Will my ride be canceled?

    It is not likely, but if inclement weather arises the trip may get canceled in which case we will notify you. You will have the option to choose another date or receive a refund.

  13. Will my trip include a tour of the breweries we visit?

    Sorry, there are no behind-the-scene tours at this time due to COVID-19 restrictions.
