Visit a 150-year old Distillery, a Winery and a Craft Brewery!
Our Weston Experience tour includes the oldest distillery west of the Mississippi located on its original site! The Holladay Distillery, home of McCormick Distilling Co., is now open to the public for the first time in 20 years. Explore 160 years of Missouri history while learning about the bourbon making process from start to finish. The Holladay Experience allows you to see, smell, feel and taste true Missouri Bourbon in the making.
We also visit The Weston Brewing Company, which was first established in 1842 by German immigrant John Georgian. Georgian brought the tradition of lager brewing with him when he settled in Weston. The brewery was designed to utilize ice from the river during winter and lagering cellars dug deep into the ground to create ideal conditions for his beer which needed to be stored below 60 degrees for more than six weeks. In creating the brewery, the Weston Brewing Company became one of the first lager breweries in the United States.
You’ll also visit Pirtle Winery. Family-owned and operated since 1978, Pirtle Winery produces superior quality wines with a great deal of character and individuality. Pirtle winery is a popular destination for visitors to historic Weston, Missouri and provides a unique escape from everyday distractions.
